Our stay at Calvin House was affordable, allowing us to save money during our trip. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness, the bed was comfortable and we were able to rest well. The location was convenient for exploring. I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers.

I loved this place, everything was brand-new. I savoured few shots at seafood restaurant Mermaid Fish Bar, it was within 400 metres of the apartment.

Brand-new place to stay in Leeds, we stayed just 1 night.

Las zonas comunes del hotel son preciosas y magníficamente decoradas. Nos encantó la decoración de los comedores, salas y bar, que tenían espacios amplios y bien decorados. Además, fue muy conveniente poder aparcar cerca del hotel. La ubicación en plena ladera, cercana a las pistas de esquí, nos permitió salir con los esquís puestos desde la puerta del hotel. También disfrutamos mucho de las cenas, que fueron muy agradables. Por último, queremos destacar lo amable que fue todo el personal, excepto el maitre que era bastante antipático y maleducado.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the affordable rates and the convenience of the location. It was great to have access to key areas of the city within a short distance. the beds were clean and comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep.

My experience at this place fell short in several ways. The cleanliness was a major issue, with mold in the bathroom, bugs throughout the apartment, and uncleaned surfaces.

The apartment at Calvin House was perfect for us! It had a cozy seating area where we could relax and watch movies on the flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom provided privacy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Plus, having ironing facilities was a convenient touch.

Personally, I found the tumble dryer in the apartment to be a bit noisy. But hey, that's just me.

The flat-screen TV was a fantastic touch for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The express check-in/-out made the whole process hassle-free. Plus, the strict no pets and no smoking policy ensured a clean and fresh environment.

The common areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the thoughtful touches like handrails in the hallways and elevators for easy accessibility.

It would have been nice if the staff had been more attentive and responsive to our needs. A little more assistance and support from the children working there would have made our vacation even better.
